Fruit smoothies are ‘delicious and simple’ to make.
One of my favorite smoothies is made with three fruits: strawberries, blueberries, and bananas.
It’s great for breakfast or anytime of the day! It’s super easy to make!
To make three 8 oz. servings you will need one cup of fresh strawberries, one cup of fresh blueberries, and one medium sized banana. You’ll also need to add one cup of low-fat vanilla yogurt, one cup of non-fat milk and 2 tablespoons of raw honey. Plus, you’ll need some ice to make it chunky.
Put all of the ingredients into a blender but wait to add ice. Mix it on any setting for about 40-60 seconds. Then add small amounts of ice and use the chopping setting.
After it’s blended together, pour it into your favorite glass and enjoy!
