Ingredients:
- 10 Slightly firm red plums
- 1/2 cup Balsamic vinegar
- 1 heaping tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
- Preheat outdoor barbecue, or use indoor grilling pan on the stovetop.
- Skewer 3 plum halves.
- Drizzle with the olive oil, placing cut side down first.
- Grill 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Plate on a platter and serve with alongside your favorite BBQ entree, or use individually on dessert plates accompanied with vanilla ice cream.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze over plums.
