Step 1: Crust
Ingredients:
1 cup Sifted flour (Level)
¼ cup Confectioner’s powdered sugar (Level)
½ cup Melted butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350℉.
Use 9-inch springform and place on cookie sheet.
Spray springform with nonstick cooking spray.
Hand-mix all crust ingredients together and press in form.
Bake 10-15 minutes, remove from oven and set aside.
Step 2: Topping
Ingredients:
3 Beaten eggs
1 ½ cups Sugar
¾ teaspoon Baking powder
6 tablespoons Fresh squeezed lemon juice
¼ teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoons Flour
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together with a mixer.
Pour over baked crust.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Cool completely.
Sprinkle with confectioner’s powdered sugar and decorate with your favorite fruit.
Cut, serve and enjoy! (Refrigerate remaining tart)
