"Rosemary Garlic Roasted Potatoes"

Ingredients:

  • Fingerling Potatoes
  • Olive Oil
  • Vignalta Seasoned Salt
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • Garlic, Chopped Fine
  • Rosemary (For Garnish)

Directions:

  • Preheat oven 425 degrees
  • Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, a few pinches of Vignalta, freshly ground pepper and finely chopped garlic.
  • Toss & stirring occasionally bake for 18-22 minutes or until potatoes are golden-brown and soft.
  • Add fresh rosemary for garnish.
