Ingredients:
4 to 6 - 6 0unce cleaned Salmon fillets, 2.5 X 6 inches. 1 inch thick
Bundle Fresh Dill
Optional: Dried Dill
2-3 Fresh whole Lemons, thinly sliced , seeded and extra for lemon juice
Fresh Ground Pepper, to taste
Sea Salt, Coarse
Tools and Accessories:
Parchment paper
Baking sheet
Knife
Scissors
Directions: Preheat oven 400 degrees
Take salmon out of refrigerator and let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes.

Place salmon in parchment paper, top with black ground pepper, fresh dill, lemon slices & a squeeze fresh lemon juice on each fillet.
Wrap each making individual pouches making sure all edges are sealed so no steam escapes, (origami style with the edges).
Bake 8-10 minutes, baking time varies depending on the thickness of salmon.
Place salmon on individual plates or large platter, cut opening criss cross on top of parchment and pulling back paper, serve inside the pouches or remove and discard paper if prefered.
