Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup of finely ground graham crackers, approximately 1 1/2 packages
- 1/3 cup of granulated sugar
- 6 Tablespoons butter, room temperature, then melt 20 seconds in microwave
- 1/2 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions:
- Pre heat oven to 375 degree
- Set aside 8 inch size spring form
- Using a food processor add graham crackers pulse until finely ground
- Then add all other ingredients pulse to completely mix together
- Pour mixture into spring form and press evenly also creating an edge on the side approximately 1 1/4 inch up high
- Bake 7-9 minutes, Let cool.
- Make chocolate pudding find recipe under Heidi's Corner. Pour quickly into cooled Graham cracker pie shell. Cool completely in room temperature before cutting and serving. Cover with plastic wrap when storing in fridge.
- Top with whip cream and chocolate shavings
